Dietary requestsTaco Libre does not currently offer a dedicated vegan catering menu. We will confirm whether the kitchen can accommodate each dietary request.

Can I see the price before I create an account?
Yes. You can estimate and request catering as a guest. An account is optional if you want a secure dashboard for messages, quotes and event management.
What is the food-truck minimum?
Food-truck service has a $1,100 minimum food order. Your package total counts toward the minimum. It is not an extra $1,100 fee.
How much is the on-site travel charge?
Food Truck dispatch is $175.00; Paco Taquero Stand dispatch is $100.00. Both also charge $3.00 per verified one-way driving mile from Taylor, including local events. Return travel is included in the mileage rate.
What are the tax and gratuity amounts?
Calculator estimates show food, 8.25% food sales tax, 20% food gratuity, dispatch and mileage after checking the full venue address. Final tax treatment and site requirements are subject to owner review.
Are there guest-count limits?
Requests for more than 50 guests require a consultation before final confirmation.
Can you handle vegetarian or allergy requests?
Vegetarian packages, allergy requests and special dietary needs require direct kitchen review because every request is different. Taco Libre does not currently offer a dedicated vegan catering menu.
How much notice do you need?
A minimum of 3 hours advance notice is required to submit a catering request online. We strongly prefer 24 hours. Requests placed 3–24 hours ahead require kitchen approval and are not guaranteed. For under 3 hours, call 512-767-8750.
Does choosing a date reserve it?
No. Dates are available to request and require owner approval. The event is not confirmed until the signed agreement and required payment are received.
Can I change the booking later?
From your customer dashboard you can increase the guest count until 7 days before the event and request additions/upgrades. Confirmed orders cannot be reduced online.
What about horchata?
Horchata is $10 per 5-gallon jug. Add the quantity you need to your event notes and Taco Libre will include it in the final reviewed quote.
