QUESTIONS BEFORE THE FIESTA?
Can I book last minute?
Online catering requests require at least three hours notice, with 24 hours preferred; short-notice requests need kitchen approval.
Can my guest count change?
The team reviews event changes; the existing customer policy governs eligible increases and reductions.
Is my date reserved when I submit?
No. Submitting a request only starts the review.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. All events require Taco Libre review; a booking is confirmed only after agreement and required payment.
